L.E.A.D. uses the transformational power of sports, specifically baseball and tennis, to guide Black youth in overcoming the challenges of crime, poverty, and racism. Our sports-based youth development (SBYD) programming, core values, and beliefs are provided through year-round programming at no monetary cost to every participant.
