L.E.A.D. Center For Youth’s mission is to use the sports of baseball and tennis to teach Black youth how to overcome three curveballs that threaten their success: crime, poverty and racism.

The LEAD Center of Youth has been a transformative platform, not only empowering youth but also shaping future leaders. By sharing the stories of its Ambassadors, it illustrates the profound impact of mentorship and guidance.

Both Nolan and Austin serve as powerful reminders of how LEAD Center of Youth empowers individuals to reach their full potential, shaping the leaders of tomorrow with confidence, purpose, and vision. Their journeys reflect the profound influence that mentorship, opportunity, and community can have on young lives.
