Families

Developing young people into compassionate, skilled adults who are prepared to be leaders in their homes, communities and in business takes a partnership that begins with each student-athlete’s family. We understand that the word “family” can have a different meaning for every young person. Some are being raised in a home with a single mom or dad, grandparents exclusively, aunts and cousins or in a traditional two parent home.  No matter the familial make-up, we are here to partner with you.

If you have an elementary (3rd-5th grade) and/or middle school boy (baseball) or girl (tennis) who attends an APS school and you’d like to learn more about L.E.A.D., contact your athletic director or principal to have an info session set up at your school.

If you have a high school young man who attends an APS school and you’d like to learn more about L.E.A.D., please take part in our annual admissions process in August of each year. In order to be considered for the Ambassador Program, high school students must matriculate from our elementary/middle school programs or first be accepted into our fall Legacy League Program. Stay connected to our website for more information on admissions.

At this time, L.E.A.D. is only available to student-athletes in Atlanta Public Schools.
